In 1653 when childeric's tomb was opened three hundred golden bees were found inside.Napoleon was later inspired by this discovery, and adorned himself with royal golden bees.

Honey
Honey is first collected as nectar out of the depths on the flower. The bee sucks it up through her proboscis (like a long tongue.) The nectar is mixed with the bee’s enzymes and then stored in a special honey sac. When the bee arrives back at the hive she hands off the sweet nectar to a house bee. The younger house bee will deposit it in the combs for drying. The watery liquid will be fanned with bee wings until it has reached a state of less than 17% water.
